Discovering North Place

A Resident's Guide by Jeff Jillson

I'm Jeff Jillson, a Realtor with Windermere / Coeur d'Alene Realty, and North Place is the neighborhood I call home. I've lived here for several years and watched it grow into one of the friendliest communities in Post Falls.

Kids play in the parks and neighbors look out for each other. North Place has a well-kept, tree-lined feel, with shopping, dining and Interstate 90 a few minutes away and the lakes, rivers and mountains of North Idaho close by.

Developed by Greenstone Homes, with homes by Greenstone, Viking Homes and Aspen Homes, near Prairie Avenue and Prairie Falls Golf Club between Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene.

Homes You'll Find Here

Most of North Place is single-family homes: single-level ranches and two-story plans, and features vary from home to home. Is North Place Right for You?

  • You'll probably love it if you want sidewalks, neighborhood parks and paved paths, a newer home and a neighborly feel.
  • Think it through if you want acreage, no HOA, or a walk to downtown shops. North Place is a planned suburban neighborhood with an HOA and architectural guidelines.
  • Weighing new vs. resale? Both are here. I'm happy to walk you through the trade-offs; see new construction.
